Built From the Ground Up

Iron Acre Land Company was built from a passion for hard work, quality craftsmanship, and improving the land we call home. Based in Middle Tennessee, Iron Acre specializes in equine services, grading and dirt work, stone installation, and light land clearing for horse farms, rural properties, and homeowners who take pride in their land. From dry lots and pasture grading to gravel driveways, drainage solutions, and property cleanup, every project is approached with a focus on long-term function, clean results, and attention to detail.

Iron Acre started the same way many great projects do—with a vision and a willingness to get to work. After moving to Thompson’s Station in 2025, I purchased my first piece of equipment to improve our own property. What began as personal projects for our family quickly turned into a true passion for shaping and improving land. Somewhere between building a dry lot for our ponies, clearing pastures, and regrading our backyard, I realized this was more than just work I enjoyed—it was something I wanted to build into a business that could serve others throughout Middle Tennessee.

When you hire Iron Acre, you’re not hiring a large crew or a company that disappears after the estimate. You’re working directly with me, Matt—the owner and operator behind every project. That owner-operator approach means clear communication, pride in the work, and a level of care that only comes from someone personally invested in every job. I treat each property with the same attention and respect I would my own because I understand how much your land matters to you and your family.

While our primary focus is serving homeowners, farms, and rural properties, Iron Acre also partners with select contractors and builders on new home construction and renovation projects where quality site work and dependable communication matter.

At Iron Acre, the goal is simple: honest work, dependable results, and ground you can be proud of for years to come.
