Grading & Dirt Work
Practical improvements for your property or jobsite. Iron Acre Land Company provides general grading, dirt work, land improvements, and site cleanups for homeowners, farms, and contractors across Middle Tennessee.
Local owner. Direct communication. Work built around your project.
Put your ground and your jobsite to work
Whether you need an uneven area reshaped, dirt moved, or a construction site cleaned up, we start with the condition of the property and the work you need done.
General grading & land shaping
Reshape uneven ground, address ruts and low spots, and improve the usability of an area. We review slopes, water movement, and access before agreeing on the grading scope.
Dirt moving & material spreading
Move, distribute, and spread dirt or other agreed materials around your property. The plan accounts for the material, working area, equipment access, and what comes next.
Land improvements & site preparation
Prepare areas for property improvements and restore ground disturbed by other work. We discuss the intended use and next phase of the project so the preparation fits your needs.
Contractor site cleanups
Help keep new-build and renovation sites moving with skid steer support, material handling, debris gathering and loading, and general jobsite cleanup. We agree on the materials to handle, access, and any haul-off or disposal arrangements before work begins.
One owner. A clear scope.
I’m Matt, the owner and operator of Iron Acre. You’ll work directly with me to walk through the job, agree on the work, and coordinate scheduling. For contractor projects, we’ll also discuss the next trades, material locations, and site access.
site cleanup: before & after
A practical plan before the machine starts
We review the existing ground, slopes, water flow, and equipment access before recommending the work. The goal is a scope that fits the property, intended use, and budget.
We agree on the areas to work, materials to move, and the condition you need for the next step. Imported material, haul-off, disposal, and work beyond the agreed scope are discussed separately when needed.
From first contact to finished project
