Brush Cutting & Light Land Clearing in Thompson’s Station, TN
Take back overgrown ground. Iron Acre Land Company cuts tall grass, briars, brush, and small saplings to help you reclaim usable space, open access, and keep your property manageable.
Based in Thompson’s Station, serving homeowners, horse farms, builders and rural properties across Middle Tennessee.
Clear the overgrowth. Put your land back to work.
Whether a field has gotten away from you, briars are crowding a fence, or brush is closing off a pasture edge, we can help open it back up. Each project starts with the areas you want cut, the vegetation you want kept, and how you plan to use the ground afterward.
Overgrown fields & pasture edges

Fence lines & tree lines
Knock back encroaching vegetation along property edges and accessible fence lines. Existing fences, obstacles, and overhead limbs are reviewed before work begins.
Trails & selective clearing
Open paths, small clearings, and brushy areas while working around trees and vegetation you want to preserve.
Before & after brush cutting
What to expect from brush cutting
Brush cutting cuts vegetation above the ground; it does not remove every root or leave a finished lawn. Cut material generally stays on site, and woody areas may retain visible stems or stumps. We’ll discuss the expected finish before starting.
Light clearing is a good fit for brush, small saplings, and selective access work. Larger trees, stump removal, excavation, and debris hauling need a separate scope and may require a different approach.
